Who qualifies as an affiliate?
Consultants, agencies, PMS vendors, suppliers, lenders, and industry operators with established DSO relationships.
What triggers revenue share?
Revenue share begins when your referred DSO (1) signs the DentiRate agreement, (2) completes onboarding and lender connections, and (3) runs its first funded application. From that point, you earn on eligible platform revenue from that referral.
How is revenue share calculated and paid?
We calculate your share on eligible DentiRate platform revenue each month and pay Net-30 after month-end, subject to reconciliation for refunds and chargebacks, as set forth in the Affiliate Agreement.
How long does revenue share last?
For the lifetime while the Affiliate Agreement remains in force, starting from the first funded application, provided you remain in good standing under the Affiliate Agreement.
How is attribution handled?
We support warm introductions and unique tracking links. The attribution window is 120 days from first tracked intro or link click. Where both exist, warm introductions take precedence (see the Affiliate Agreement for precedence, evidence, and company-discretion tie-breaks).
